‘Maintain Don’t Gain’ challenge celebrates holiday weight loss

Conquering goals Motivated to not just lose unwanted pounds, but maintain that weight loss, Cherokee County employees rose a two-month holiday “Maintain Don’t Gain” challenge, successfully reaching their goal to prevent excessive weight gain during the holiday season.
