Cherokee County issues burn ban

Cherokee County Judge Chris Davis has issued an outdoor burn ban June 22 for Cherokee County, "due to the dry conditions we are currently encountering. Please avoid any outdoor burning until further notice. We will continue to monitor the weather conditions and notify Cherokee County residents once order is rescinded."
