May 26 Texas Primary Election Run-off Day

Texas’s Primary Election Run-off is set for May 26, with state-level races on the ballot, including those for Lieutenant Governor and Attorney General on the Democratic Primary ballot, and for U.S. Senator and Attorney General on the Republican primary. There are no county-level run-offs.
Polls for the May 26 run-off will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, with registered voters able to cast their ballot at any of the following locations, regardless of precinct:
• Cherokee County Elections Department, 138 W. 5th St. in Rusk
• The River Church, 595 Marcus St. in Alto
• Mount Selman Baptist Church, 47408 US Highway 69 in Bullard
• Jacksonville Public Library, 526 E. Commerce St. in Jacksonville
• The River Church, 287 Rusk Ave. in Wells
• First Christian Church, 1920 Beaumont St. in Jacksonville
• East Lake Baptist Church, 153 Eastdale Lane in Bullard (corner of FM 346 and Eastdale)
• Blackjack Baptist Church, 1214 State Highway 110 South in Troup
