Annie Lee Beard

Annie Lee Beard, 90, of Rusk, Texas passed away January 14, 2026, in Rusk, Texas. She was born on February 2, 1935, to Richard and Birdie Haney in Alto, Texas.
She is preceded in death by both parents.
Annie is survived by sons: Greg Dover and spouse Sherry, Steve Dover and spouse Karen; grandchildren: D’Ann Dyess and spouse Steven, Jennifer Eckel and spouse Joseph, Nathan Dover and spouse Hayley, Megan Elliott and spouse Caleb, Jared Dover and spouse Caroline; great-grandchildren: Shelby Dotson and spouse Allen, Aubrey Hassell, Hagen Hassell, Hunter Eckel, Claire Eckel, Reece Dover, Sadie Dyess, Avery Dyess, MJ Dover, Mason Dover, Brayleigh Elliott, Brooklynn Elliott, and Raylinn Benge; sisters; Ida Bullock and Linda George.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Old Palestine Cemetery in Alto, Texas beginning at 3:00 p.m. Pastor Cobey May officiating.
Pallbearers are Nathan Dover, Steven Dyess, Joseph Eckel, Hagen Hassell, Hunter Eckel, Allen Dotson, and Caleb Elliott. 
Services are under the direction of Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home.
