In Loving Memory of Gabriella Rae Ghiringhelli
Gabriella Rae Ghiringhelli was called home to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on December 31, 2025. Though her time on earth was far too short, her life was filled
with extraordinary love, faith, and beauty that will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew her.
Gabriella was born in Santa Rosa, CA on December 7 th, 2001, at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. She spent the early years of her childhood in Petaluma, CA and Austin, TX
before spending the majority of her childhood in Maydelle, TX. During this time, she was active in scouts and karate, where she excelled in both. She enjoyed horseback riding,
painting, photography and the outdoors. Most of all, she enjoyed playing with her siblings on the family’s 34-acre property. Gabriella was a straight-A student who worked
tirelessly and with great determination toward earning her degree in Botany. She approached her studies with discipline, passion, and a genuine love for learning,
reflecting the excellence, she carried into every part of her life.
She spent her adult life traveling the country with her mom who was a nurse. During their travels she visited 29 states across the country while also traveling outside of the
US to visit Guatemala, Italy, England and numerous other countries. While visiting these places she continued to explore her passion for photography.
Family meant everything to Gabriella. She loved fiercely and wholeheartedly, always putting others before herself. The bond she shared with those she loved was
unbreakable, and that love will continue to guide and comfort her family each day. Her love extended to her faithful companion, her German Shepherd, Zuko. Gabby and Zuko
were inseparable, sharing a special bond filled with loyalty, comfort, and unconditional love.
Throughout all of this, her faith in Jesus Christ was immeasurable and unwavering. Her devotion was evident in the way she lived with grace, compassion, and a heart centered
on God. One of her most impactful faith-based experiences was during the ACTS retreat through St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church where she met her sisters in Christ.
Gabriella was a radiant soul, beautiful inside and out, whose loving, kind, caring, and joyful spirit touched everyone she met. She had a wonderful sense of humor and a
warmth that made others feel instantly welcomed and cherished.
Gabriella is survived by her mother Heidi Carrette; siblings: Thomas (Lynnette) their daughter LeahJean, Brody, Derick, Mason, Matthew, Elena, and Leah. In addition to
those named, she leaves behind many other relatives and dear friends.
