Rusk TJC Citizens Promise program announces 13th group of scholars

The 13th group of Rusk TJC Citizens Promise scholars was introduced Wednesday during a ceremony at Rusk High School. The 60 Rusk seniors are eligible for the Rusk Promise scholarship, which covers up to $4,000 per year for two years at TJC.
