Off the Rails

A minor problem today when a locomotive for the Texas State Railroad derailed slightly at a crossing behind Fields Chapel Methodist Church in Anderson County. Apparently at the crossing, sand had wash over the tracks causing the front trucks (wheels) to come off the rail. Railroad personnel were dispatching another train from Rusk to assist with re-railing the wayward engine.
