Update to the water well permit article

We have updates to the article on the well permits requested by Redtown Ranch Holdings, LLC and Pine Bliss, LLC.  According to Terry Morrow, President of the Neches & Trinity Valleys Groundwater Conservation District, it is not necessary to file each protest of the wells separately and in fact, a simple email would be sufficient. You can go to their website  https://ntvgcd.org and there is a “contact us” in the dropdown menu that you can complete to state your position on these 43 well permits.
