Harold Clyde Bostick

Harold Clyde Bostick, 90, of Pasadena, Texas passed away on June 18th. He was born in Alto, Texas on April 1, 1934 to Charlie and Willie Mae Bostick. He was married to Laverne for 54 years and 10 months.

Harold had a career in oil and gas for Shell Chemical and Oil Company and Monsanto in Alvin, Texas.

He was a member of Grand Lodge of Texas Pasadena #1155 and his passion for Texas Mission Builders and his home church.

He was preceded in death by parents, brothers – Charlie Jr., James, Robert, and Leon Bostick, and sisters Mattie, Lola, Martha, Ila, Nellie, and Bernice.

He is survived by his loving spouse Laverne; sons Dale Bostick and Alan Mims; daughter Deda Clark; grandchildren Michelle Heijl, Lauren Clark, John Clark, Mike Mims, Craig Mims, and Ashley Smith; and great-grandchildren Josh Heijl, Noah Mims, and Leighton Mims.

A visitation for Harold will be held Monday, June 24, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Pasadena Funeral Chapel, 2203 Pasadena Boulevard, Pasadena, Texas 77502. A Celebration of Harold's Life will be Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Creekmont Baptist Church, 401 Myrtle Creek Drive, La Porte, Texas 77571. He will be laid to rest Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at 12:00 PM at Restland Memorial Park, 2107 TX-149, Carthage, Texas 75633.
