David W. Mason

Mr. Mason passed away on January 26th following a brief illness. He retired from Delta Airlines as a pilot after 38 years of service and was the owner of the Flying M Ranch in Reklaw. He lived with his wife of 21 years, Marcia Mason and together they hosted the annual Fly-In that he and his first wife, Judy had started over 38 years ago.

He is survived by his wife, Marcia Mason, daughter and son in law, Kathryn & Joe Beebe of Newton, Texas, daughter Sandra Hutchings of Gig Harbor, Washington, 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, his only surviving sibling, Anne Klumpp of Ashville, NC, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his first wife Judith, parents Whit & Sue Mason, sister Betty Gray, sister Susan Ball, and two nephews.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
