Hometown Christmas Going Strong in Downtown Rusk
Even with the rain that occurred during the morning, by the afternoon it had moved out and was replaced by cool and cloudy weather with the crowds showing up to revel in the excitement of the season. Craft vendors were on hand to display great holiday gift ideas and with the variety of food available, there was something for everyone. The Rusk Christmas tree lighting will take place in the evening, followed by a movie on the historic Cherokee County courthouse square. The Rusk Hometown Christmas continue until 7PM Saturday night.
A healthy Cherokee County requires great community news.
