Bobbie Sue Campbell

A graveside service for Bobbie Sue Campbell, age 85, of Rusk is scheduled for 12:00 noon, Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Old Palestine Cemetery with Rev. Don Copeland and David Fulton officiating.

Ms. Campbell passed away August 24, 2021. She was born September 16, 1935 in Alto, TX, to the late Ollie W. and Amye Tidwell Martin. Ms. Campbell was a member of First Baptist Church in Rusk, worked 30 years at Rusk State Hospital as a secretary and taught painting out of her home for many years. She was a very gifted artist.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Oliver Dwight Campbell; daughter Brenda Sue Harris; and numerous others. She is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Scott Wilson of Rusk; son and daughter-in-law, Marty and Sarah Campbell of Rusk; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Saturday, September 4, 2021 at the funeral home.
