Wells: City spring clean up slated March 6-7

City of Wells officials have announced its Spring Clean Up will take place this weekend, March 6-7

Customers who currently are receiving the City of Wells utility service are eligible to utilize dumpsters placed behind City Hall, in the depot parking area, for trash.

Dried paint cans are accepted: They must be filled with kitty litter to dry out the paint. Non-accepted items include brush (limbs, grass clippings, leaves); liquids of any kind (gas, Freon, oil, antifreeze, paint); filters; tires; barrels or other items containing CFCs; and refrigerators or air conditions unless they are certified free of Freon.
