Edwin Liga Posival

A graveside service for Edwin Liga Posival, age 94, of Rusk is scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Sunday, November 29, 2020 at Salem Cemetery with Rev. Jim Slocum officiating.

Mr. Posival passed away November 23, in Rusk. He was born November 10, 1926 in Buckholts, TX to the late Frank Joe and Mary Hundle Posival. Mr. Posival was a resident of Rusk since 1976 and worked on lawn mowers and loved to fish. He served in the United States Army and was stationed in Germany.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Edna Earl Taylor Posival, two brothers and one sister. He is survived by a daughter, Margaret Hargrave of Alto, son and daughter-in-law, Wayne and Rebecca Cummins of Rusk; daughter, Sandy Shirley of Porter, TX; twelve grandchildren; thirty-one great grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren; two sisters, Genevie Posival of Dallas, and Adeline Holder of Caldwell, TX and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Cummins, Clint Cook, Brent Oliver, Johnny Cook, Kenneth Cameron, Kyle Miller and Todd Cummins.

There will be no visitation.
