Frank Anton Fournier, III
Frank Anton Fournier, III, 74, of Alto, Texas, lost his battle with heart disease on Thursday, Sept. 10, 2020. He was born Feb. 19, 1946, in San Antonio, Texas.
He leaves behind his adoring wife, Dottie Singleton of Alto; sister, Rosalie and brother, Richard; and his most cherished possessions, his children, Troy Fournier, Heath Fournier, Megan Perez, Aaron Cherry and Becky Ragan; 13 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Oldest son of the late Frank A. Fournier Jr. and Rosalie B. Fournier. He graduated from St. Louis Catholic School in Castroville, Texas, and attended St. Mary’s University for several years before leaving for active duty in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam
He loved the country, all animals and was an avid firearms collector. He lived in Medina County before moving to Alto three years ago. He was very proud of his service in the Navy, being a Mason and being a Shriner.
A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 26, at the Terrell #83 Masonic Lodge, 108 San Antonio Road, in Alto.
