Members of the inaugural Rusk High School Eagle Belles drill team practice a skirt dance during a recent camp at the high school. A total of 23 young women, in grades 9-12, are part of the team, which will take part in pep rallies and football games, adding a new dimension to game performances. RHS teacher Katy Thoroughman is director of the program.
