Dinguis returns to Rusk, Alto mission churches

CHEROKEE COUNTY – Father Jorge Dinguis returns to minister in Cherokee County, appointed July 1 as priest-in-charge of Sacred Heart Catholic Mission in Rusk and Venerable Antonio Margil Catholic Mission in Alto.

Dinguis, a native of Puerto Rico who was previously assigned to Cherokee County several years, also was appointed as parochial vicar of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Jacksonville.
