Alto – Funeral services for Ronnie Lewis Fleetwood, 66, of Alto and formerly of Livingston will be Monday, March 1, at 11 AM, at the O.T. Allen & Son Funeral Home in Alto with Bro. Bill Shaw officiating. Burial will follow at the Old Palestine Cemetery in Alto. Mr. Fleetwood passed away Wednesday, February 24, in Alto. He was born June 4, 1954, in Kountze, Texas to Acey Fleetwood and Myrtle Newingham Fleetwood. Ronnie lived in Livingston for many years and had worked in the Chemical sales business as well as doing paint and body work for Jones Equipment. He had lived in Alto for the last few years and was a member of the Kings Highway Country Church in Douglass. Ronnie loved muscle cars and was crazy about his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. Ronnie is survived by son Garon Fleetwood and wife Sharee of Alto, daughter Sommer Fleetwood of Houston; brothers Danny Fleetwood of Livingston and Mike Fleetwood and wife Linda of Alto; sisters Helen Rawls of Silsbee, Freda Chance and husband Johnny of Silsbee and Wanda Gott and husband Richard of Livingston; grandchildren Ethan Fleetwood, Ashton Fleetwood, Rylee Brown, Talise Lyon and Calel Lyon as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers are Dakoda Hernandez, Edward Creel, Davey Dallmeyer, Willie Moore, Derek Bozeman, Edward Simms and Matthew Whittemore. Honorary pallbearers are Brandon Rose, Kenneth McNeil, Brian Martin, Tony Stephenson, Phillip Kay, Dexter Hill and the Livingston Pumas youth soccer team.
