Charles "Skip" Fulton

Charles Frank “Skip” Fulton went home to be with Jesus on Dec. 24, 2020. He was born Feb. 25, 1947, in Houston, Texas. Skip is survived by daughters and son-in-law, Michelle and Randy Lewis of Rusk, Sybil and Wayne Dosser of Rusk; brothers and sisters-in-law, Kenny and Nina Fulton of LaPorte, Texas and David and Cindy Fulton of Rusk; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Skip wanted the family to thank his friends and classmates for all the kind words and encouragement during his sickness. In accordance with Skip’s request, no funeral or memorial service will be held.
