COVID-19 cases in Jacksonville city limits have recovered

Wednesday, May 27 -- According to Jacksonville city officials, as of noon today, Wednesday, May 27, 2020, the city of Jacksonville has had a total of six confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the Jacksonville city limits. All six cases have now recovered.

These cases are included in the total 44 cases reported in Cherokee County. As of Tuesday, May 26, 2020, four of the total number of cases in Cherokee County are county residents. The remainder are reportedly at the Rusk State Hospital.
