Alto

The undefeated Alto Yellowjackets (11-0, 5-0) were District 10-2A-1 champions and will face the Cayuga Wildcats (4-6, 2-3) in the 2A-D1 bi-district round of state playoffs.

Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, at the Tomato Bowl in Jacksonville.

The winner will advance to the area round playoff against the victor in the Joaquin Rams (8-2, 5-1) versus Shelbyville Dragons (7-3, 3-2) game.

A community bonfire and pep rally is planned for 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, downtown behind the dollar stores.

Brook Hill

The Brook Hill Guard (7-3) lost their final regular season game to Texas Christian High School-Cedar Hill by a score of 7-44, but will still have the chance for TAPPS Division 2 post-season play.

The Guard will travel to Frisco to battle Legacy Christian (8-2) in the Area round playoff.

Kickoff will be 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15.

If Brook Hill should win the Area, they will advance to the Regional playoff where they may again face Cedar Hill Trinity Christian if they defeat Fort Worth Southwest Christian.

Bullard

Bullard, having won the last regular season game, ended with a 3-7, 2-2 record and gained the opportunity to enter the 4A-D2 state playoff bracket.

The Panthers will take on the Mexia Black Cats (6-3, 5-1), beginning at 7:30 p.m. at Cedar Hill High School.

The victor will then face the winner of the Sunnyvale (10-0, 5-0) versus Pittsburg (4-6, 1-3) match.
